It was meant to be a media interactive session to announce the sponsorship of the Nigerian Idol which had been with a competing brand, Pepsi.
Agency was tasked to create a very strong media event to establish a strong brand association of Bigi carbonated soft drink and the Nigerian Idol platform.
IDEATION
Agency conceptualize the first ever Bigi media idol in replica of the main music show for content drivers, journalists, bloggers etc
This concept designed to enable journalists participate in singing, judging and report their own activities in a way that resonate the concept of the sponsorship and Bigi brand association.
The highlight of this concept was the stage concept where all the Bigi variants were turned to microphones. This generated huge excitement and reportage.
